To configure MS Outlook for SSL IMAP and SMTP access with
Neomailbox, follow these steps:
Add A Mail Account
Select 'Tools' from the menubar and click on 'E-Mail Accounts'.

On the "E-Mail Accounts" dialog, select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next >".

On the next screen select "IMAP" as the Server Type and click "Next >".

On the next screen fill in the full name you would like to use in
the "From" address of your outgoing mail, and your email address
and account details as shown below, and click "More Settings". Do
NOT enable the option for "Log on using Secure Password
Authentication (SPA)".

On the "Internet E-mail Settings" dialog, select the "Outgoing
Server" tab, and turn on the checkbox for "My outgoing server
(SMTP) requires authentication".
If you've set the same password for IMAP and SMTP in the
Neomailbox control panel, select "Use same settings as my incoming
mail server". If your SMTP password is different from your IMAP
password, select the "Log on using" option and fill in your
username and SMTP password.
Do NOT enable
"Log on using Secure Password Authentication".

Now select the "Advanced" tab and fill in the fields as shown
below. Turn on the checkboxes for "This server requires a secure
connection (SSL)" under both "Outgoing server (SMTP)" and "Incoming
server (IMAP)". Then click "OK".

Click "Next >" on the "E-Mail Accounts" dialog, and the success screen will appear:

Click "Finish".
That's it. You should be able to send and receive mail now.
