On the "Accounts" dialog, click "Add Account".

Fill in your Account Information as shown below, and click
'Options'.

Fill in the SMTP Server Options as shown below, and click OK:

Click on the 'Advanced' tab and fill in the dialog as below,
and click OK:

Close the Accounts dialog.
That's it. You should be able to send and receive mail now.
